1. What services do you offer for weddings?
– Everything! As big or small please ask us – from wedding coordinating, to skin prep, sourcing suppliers, bespoke beauty services, diet & fitness advice.. the list goes on!
2. Do you specialise in certain styles or looks for hair and makeup?
– If you have a vision or look in mind when booking please send over inspo images as a guideline
3. Can you accommodate a bridal party of my size for hair & makeup?
– We usually can cater to all bridal party sizes depending on our availability as we have a large team of experts.
4. Do you offer bridal consultations?
– Yes! We offer consultations which go into all areas of your wedding to understand what you’d like us to help us with and your vision!
5. How far in advance should I book your services?
– The earlier the better! We get booked up well in advance.
7. Do you travel to the wedding venue?
– Yes of course, please enquire and we will provide pricing.
8. How long will it take to do my makeup and hair on the wedding day?
– We allow 1 hour per service for the bride, everyone else is bespoke to your wedding size.
9. What happens if my wedding day schedule changes?
– We can do our very best to adapt to this but knowing in advance is always helpful.
11. What does your wedding coordinating involve?
– We will help source the perfect suppliers to suit your vision this includes everything from booking your wedding dress appointments, sourcing flowers, preferred entertainment, stationery… the list goes on!
12. What is your cancellation policy?
– Deposits are non refundable for your special day, however final payment is only needed 25 days prior to your day.
13. Are there any special preparations I should make before my appointment?
– We will guide you when to wash your hair, makeup wise we advise doing your usual skin routine in the morning then we can add what is needed, regarding makeup please come with a bare face.
14. Do you offer touch-up services throughout the day?
– We usually leave just prior to the bride gets into their dress but if you wish for us to stay we can of course cater for this.
15. How can I best prepare for my bridal trial?
– Please bring photos of desired looks for ideas, bridal accessories if you have any.
16. Where are you located?
– We are based at 26 Howe Street Floor 2, when arriving please press the buzzer no earlier than 10 mins prior to your booking. You’ll see our name on the buzzer. Any struggles we are beside the Sainsbury’s.
17. Do you have disabled access?
– Unfortunately due to no lift in our building we are unable to cater for disabled people at Howe street however if you do wish to use us we have our lovely salon on Hamilton Place which we can provide all your services there.
18. What happens if a stylist is ill on my wedding day?
– Due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes this is out of our control however if this was to occur we would do our very best to provide someone else to come along!
20. Do you offer help on the day?
– Yes we can do! Just ask & we can assist with whats needed.
21. If i’m not a bride can I still come in for makeup, beauty & skin appointments?
– Of course please book online for our other services.
22. Do you offer in person consultations?
– Yes we have a lovely lounge for you to come relax, have a glass of bubbles & start your planning journey.
23. How far in advance should I have a makeup / hair trial?
– We recommend this around 3 months prior.
24. Do you work with vendors, or should I handle that myself?
– We have our preferred vendors which we will work with for you direct unless you really wanted to use a special vendor we can of course reach out for you.
25. What is your pricing structure?
– Our prices are all bespoke to your needs, our first consultation will be £60 which will be put towards your special day.
26. What’s included in your wedding day coordination package?
– Everyone package is made bespoke depending on what is required. This will be sent over to you by invoice once we have had our initial consultation.
27. What should I prepare before meeting with you?
– Your initial vision – we can help with the rest!
28. Do you help with the design and decor of the wedding?
– We do not do the actual design as we leave this to the experts will advise our preferred suppliers for your design & decor once we understand you style. However we will do all the organisation to keep all the stress away from you – give us the vision and we can do the rest!
29. Do you assist with managing the budget?
– Of course we can work with all budgets within reason.
